Been following this forum for a while now, and gleaning loads of great info, and following the success stories of all the people passing!
So, finally sold my house here in Cancun and will be moving back to England at the end of May. Can anyone recommend me somewhere that does the full 35 hours CPC in a week-long course around the Rugby area, or anywhere else? Gonna get some 7.5 work to get back in the game, before going to “The Smythe” for the class 2 etc.
I was also looking to put my mind at ease…anyone around the Rugby, Dav, Lutterworth area know if there is a lot of 7.5 work going, I see mostly agency BS online? I really need PAYE, and also, if my earnings drop below 18,500 a year they’ll deport my misses (not cause she’s a Hammers fan), but because I’m British born, so with new rules British lads and lasses have a harder time than EU folk moving to England…so is 18,500 achievable on 7.5 tonners (shouldn’t be a prob when I get Class 2 and C+E?) as I wouldn’t want the wife to get the boot (well not always!)
Any nuggets of wisdom or insights much appreciated!

Pity you cannot wait for periodic as you can gain hours by doing C and CE at Peter Smythes
Thanks for the replies. Yeah, I was thinking about doing it that way, but feel like I need a few months driving to get back in the flow again, and also earning etc., before going for the CAT C. Although the roads and drivers are a lot more mellow in England than here is Mexico!!!
