CPC again lol

I really didnt take much notice of this as i have Grandfather rights,
but on reading up on it,have I got this right?

Part 1… i already have this due to passing the theory & hazzard perception ■■
Part 3… I will have this when I pass the cat c (class 2 ) test??

Then its just a case of completing parts 2 & 4… ■■

Spot on, module 2 is your case studies test
module 4 is your practical demonstration test

Module 1 is the 100 multiple choice and the hazard perception
Module 4 is the actual practical driving test

Got this from ROG.,

"Grandfather rights means you do not need to do parts 2 & 4 of the initial
dcpc
The DSA system will not allow you to book those tests as you have
grandfather rights

It does mean that you need to do 35 hours of periodic dcpc before
09/09/2014"

Thats put my mind at test lol

Hi

“Grandfather Rights” means that you already held a C1 (7.5t) entitlement on 9th Sept 2009 when driver CPC started. The most common way for this to happen is that you passed the car test before 1st Jan 1997. (before that date the car test automatically gave you a 7.5t licence).

If that is the case then you only need to pass the theory (Mod 1) and the Cat ‘C’ driving test (Mod 3). There is no need to take either Mod 2 or Mod 4.

You will then need to complete the 35 hours periodic training by 9th Sept 2014 to eep your CPC current.
