I passed my test 3 years ago so I already have my cpc card
Issue date 11-08-10
Administrative expiry date 08-08-15

So when do I need to complete my 35hours by?
August 2015 yes?

My guess is that others are telling you 09/09/2014 which is for the majority who are on acquired/grandfather rights - ignore them as those who passed the initial driver cpc modules 2 and 4 will all have different 5 year expiry dates such as you do

DCPC hours will only count if within the current 5 year expiry date - do 42 hours within the 5 years and the extra 7 will be lost - that is the way it should work according to the rules

There is a one off exception for those with both PCV & LGV grandfather rights …
They will be allowed 6 years from 09/09/2013 to 09/09/2019 in which DCPC hours will count
This is so PCV & LGV can be aligned
