From what you said it seems you have acquired/grandfather rights so the answer is - complete the 35 hours and get 5 years from the date of doing the last 7 of the 35 if you do not complete before 10 sept this year
You do not revert to initial dcpc

i had do all the modules exams 5 year ago when it came in, so when it expires do i have to re do the tests or just re do the periodic training 35 hours
The DCPC started on 10th Sept 2009 & anyone having passed their driving test I.e. In a car before 1997 gained grandfather rights. This is known as acquired rights also known as periodic which if you passed your test prior to 97 is where you will fit in.
Any periodic driver after 10/09/2009 could sit all 5 modules in a week get their 35 hours & be compliant until 09/09/2019. Or put another way sit one module every year from 2009 -14 & still be compliant till 2019 BUT must complete 35 hours before expiry in Sept 2019.
Come say October this year there’s nothing to stop me sitting another 35 hours in a week that will then see me through to 2024.
I hope this has been of use.

Looking back over you posts it seems you passed initial dcpc mod 4 in november 2009 so your DQC will expire in Nov this year
You need 35 hours of periodic dcpc before that expiry date to continue driving commercially after that expiry date
If you do not get the 35 hours in before that DQC expiry date then your right to drive LGVs commercially is suspended until you do
If you are suspended then on passing the last 7 hours of the 35 you will get a new DQC expiry dated 5 years from that last 7 hour date
The licence is not suspended only the right to drive commercially
