CPC Admin Charge

Hi,

I have my C+E training next month. I’m doing the residential course at Peter Smythe’s. I’m just trying to figure out if I should pay the admin fee to get 7hrs of periodic training or if I should not bother. Truth is, I’m not certain I’ll be looking for work anyway…I might be tempted by the odd day here and there but really I’m just wanting the licence in my back pocket as a backup plan - plus the training is a decent challenge and great fun!

Also, if I were to seek driving work, I might be better off doing Mods 2 & 4.

I guess it all depends on the price. Peter, please can you remind me exactly how much the admin charge is?

You should get at least 14 hours in surely? Get it out of the way if you can.

I think I will only get 7hrs because I’m doing 4hrs + 4hrs + 4hrs + 2hrs & Test…so I’ll get 7hrs for the first 2 days but I won’t quite make another 7hrs because the test doesn’t count unless I’m mistaken.

Cant check your booking from home but, based on your quoted timings, you will get 7 hours for which the discounted charge is £45.
