You wil need to do the cpc witch is 5 x 7 hours = 35 hours total this will last for 5 years
You have a choice because you had acquired rights and have never had a DQC
Do the two initial dcpc tests (pass or fail) or do the periodic 35 hour attendance (no tests)
Both cost around the same
initial takes less time - a few hours in total
Periodic takes 5 days
Initial often needs acquired rights driver to go through a few hoops to get it as the system is not set up well for it

Really? Is she pretty?
Might not be as straight forward if you have an Irish licence - as in Southern Irish.
Last guy came on a course with an Irish licence had to be treated as a foreign driver. I couldn’t upload the training - just gave him certificates. He had to then contact DVSA and sort it out. Not sure you can do the Mod 2 and Mod 4 route as a foreign licence holder.
Maybe I’m wrong.
i’m half way thru the cpc’s as far as i was told i was meant to have them done by sept 2014 under the rights, but there is a delay in forcing the new law until sept this year in ireland so i need to do the 5 cpcs from last year and 1 for this year before sept and a letter as to why i never got them done on time… otherwise its a cpc exam and assessment.

Are you saying that if this was 10 years from now you would need to do 35 + 35 +35 + 7
No dead line this Sept to have had them completed,

He’s in Ireland isn’t he? The rules are different in Ireland. They have to complete one a year and can’t complete more than one. If they fall behind they have to get permission to play catch up and do more than one a year.
So I am guessing he will need to catch up to date.
