CPC 35 hour courses (7 hours over 5 days) in the London area.
I’ve seen these courses for £400. Is there anything cheaper available?
If price is the issue, simply ring round the training providers for quotes.

you can get one free day of CPC here lbhf.gov.uk/transport-and-r … s-training but they keep cancelling them because not enough drivers want to attend, there was supposed to be a course on 13th august but that date has now disappeared from the website
It depends whereabouts you are. I do mine at Purfleet and it’s about the £350 mark. It’s the cheapest I’ve found and the bloke knows his stuff

The website says they are a registered charity and are called Westway Community Transport Ltd, 240 Acklam Road, London, W10 5YG Telephone 0208 964 4928. They might be looking for volunteer drivers with a D1 minibus licence. It might help unemployed people in London get some driving experience, so they can move on to become bus and lorry drivers.

I believe it’s for courses booked before the end of August so it’s not particularly short-term. But neither will it be there for ever!

I thought that too. If I wasn’t poorer than a church mouse at the minute I’d be driving up north with my sleeping bag to learn about trucks that bend. I feel like I’m raining on someone’s parade here,but I don’t want the OP to get a nasty surprise
I did my 35 hours cpc at westway ct last year it cost me £310 and was fantastic. Very professional.
