Country Style sittingbourne

Evening all any info on the above company gratefully received usual stuff money hours ect thxs guys in advance

Have a few ex colleagues work there good job well above average money good kit every other sat to be worked tho

Oooh the dreaded 5-6-5-6 . Problem with those is that you really need to get some kind of overtime on a day-to-day basis as well. You do NOT ever want to be working 5-6-5-6 monthly salaried, as what will happen is you’ll have fairly short shifts, but they’ll over-run almost on a daily basis, and you won’t get paid the extra for that.

In other words, if the headline salary isn’t much cop - it never will be. “What you see is what you get”.

The going rate for Sittingbourne area is well above the national average btw. Great area to work on agency who’ll pay that going rate. No so good if you’re at somewhere like Nicolls (newish yard) who are still paying sub-£10ph wages the last time I looked.

You have over complicated it. the hourly rate is very good. from what I gather it’s better than most agency rates and it’s all year round . The actuall dealings with them I had with them via a sub contractor some years ago was very pleasant. 5 ex workmates are on there not heard a bad word from any and the sat isn’t to make the money up

I know a couple of blokes who have jumped ship after several years at decent firms and gone to work for Country Style and they both say it was an excellent move. The only thing that would put me off is the 5/6 work pattern, I don’t mind what days I work, but two days in every week are mine.
