Hi all, quick question, someone might know on here.
Customer of mine received in the post from the DVLA only his driving licence card after applying for his provisional cat C licence. Now I know the counterpart is not going to be issued 1st January 2015 onwards, but have they started already? I told him to ring the DVLA to check policy, I would have done it myself but I was quite busy today, anyone know what the policy is?
They usually arrive seperate I believe, been a while since I had mine sent back to me from passing C. It would make sense for them to phase it out from now for new ones I guess.

Yeah, they always arrive together in my experience, it must be on the floor somewhere at the Swansea! or they have run out of counterpart paper stock and don’t want to order more before 2015!! Working with the government, always a pleasure.
Until 01/01/2015 the DVSA examiners are going to want to see the counterpart on test day - that I saw on an ADI forum
