Parked in worcester last night,which has a healthy seagull population.
Usual 10 or so lorrys parked up,and all litter placed in open top bins.
Woke up this morning to see litter strewn all over the place by the birds.council worker just pulled up…emptied the bins and left everything else on the floor.
We’ll probably get the blame
