Applied for a job via e mail today ( as it was sent through that way so replied )
This is a job I have been doing for 17 yr within 2 min I received an e mail back starting that I did not have enough experience for the job 
Not sure what they are after but think the job might be taken by someone they know
As my dad likes to point out frequently a lot of advertised permanent vacancies already have pre-selected candidates or indeed single candidate lined up for the role, they have to go through the motions of external advertising to get round the equality/discrimination laws, as that was the case during his years at one of his lecturing jobs before he retired.
