Off the top of my head the tolls are.
French Tolls €190
Mont Blanc Tunnel (one way Euro 2-3) €220
Italian Tolls (Mont Blanc - Milan Ring Road €40
Those prices include VAT
Swiss is cheaper by far but you can get a lot of delays.
