£28,000 just in marker lights!
Bah! That’s mere buttons
You gotta wonder where they buy their marker lights from…
I’m more concerned why they need ■■■■ Rollers, are they for the drivers or office staff?

How does one manage to zb up a bulkhead or landing legs?
Good job the trailers ain’t lit up like Blackpool trams lol

With landing legs, it’s normally forgetting to wind them up before pulling away.
How many trailers are they running?

Believe me [zb]ing landing legs is easy, just drag the trailer round the yard with the legs down.
That is just over £500,000 for what is mostly preventable damage.

Oh like what the Tesco shunters (tossers) do all the time!?

So unless I’ve got my maths wrong that about £800 per trailer in 2013.

Yeah sounds about right and not one penny was my fault. So is £800 acceptable ?
Is the cost just straight parts, or does include labour and workshop charges to fit??

Ain’t got a clue.
i work for a commercial vehicle repair company out of immingham, and one of our clients runs a fleet of mostly KRONE trailers, and what i’ve told for some jobs cost,
a set of rear door’s, painted, stickered and fitted. not much change out of a grand.
landing legs, about 500 for just the legs, then there is the replacement nuts +bolts etc, then labour.
a curtain tensioner ratchet, about £80 before fitting.
lights, aren’t cheap either, a conti/hamburger lamp (bulb type), £20 plus labour and bulbs.
hella type marker and bracket, £20 before fitting
but look at the bigger picture,
what happens when you have a blowout, if you’re lucky it just does the tyre… i had this a while back, NSR blow out on a skelly, it took the nsr mud wing and flap, the nsm mudwing, 3 wing stays, 1 suspension airbag, 1 stalk lamp, and the nsr lamp
the tyre is about 300 quid, + labour, and i dread to think what the rest was…

Nearly all your posts lately seem to show alot of hatred towards tesco’s, did they sack you once?
Culinas tackle all seems well kept ,you dont see many of the trailers with big scrapes and dints done by bad drivers,i shudder to think what some firms repair bills are
