Cool Registrations

Bale Tankers have several that end in 8 ALE

also saw AR51BOY on the M5 last year :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Few examples from abroad (and the UK too)

Slovakia (pics not taken by me, got them by email some time ago):

ā€œXā€ plates are for the police, security services, postal service, ambulance, emergency vehicles of utility companies et., so most of such vehicles in Senica distric bear SE-X plates.
The first two letter denote district the vehicle is registered in, then you normally have 3 numbers and two letters, such as BA-123CD, but those five behind the hyphen can be anything you like (unless it’s something obscene). I bet the officials in Presov were damned upset when somebody asked for (and got) PO-LICIA
I’ve seen quite a few good ones, but sadly no pics. Such as KE-NWOOD on a car audio dealer’s car, or BA-RELAX on a Lambo…
ZA-VODOU on a huuuge 4x4, literally ā€œbeyond watersā€, in the sense sorted, secured, well off
PO-RSCHE, BA-FLASH on a Ferrari…

S-EX plates can also be seen in Germany.

Austria:

The English meaning probably wasn’t intentional as it is not true…

Hungar seen in Austria:

And the UK:

The same company has another Land Rover plated C4TLE, haven’t managed to get it into camera yet.

At the top of the list is a German Corsa whose plate was: BIT-CH 1234. Unfortunately I havent’t got a pic, nor phone number, but she/he must have been from Bitterfeld area…

our main customer Mornflake Oats has two trucks (both FH12s) with the registrations OAT1 and 1OAT, also owned by the company are C1 OAT, H1OAT, A1OAT, A7OAT plus acouple others in same vain.

Deathstar:
KN08 EAD

My son has got GN08 EDD on a Clio 197. Its on BFG plates at the moment until he returns to Germany from overseas and brings it home. He was well cheesed off when they gave him a BFG number instead.

Mick.

Saw J8 SUS friday around Manchester :open_mouth: was on a mondeo

Saw this yesterday at the BTCC meet at Rockingham, on LT plates, it’s a bit garish, but I still would!!

Latvia and Lithuania have very liberal plating system, there’s only min (2?) and max number of characters, numbers and letters are allowed, so you just make up your own reg

No prizes for guessing who this belongs to

Volvo have the number plate of GL 08 EXL. It was on one of their units which they used for advertising purposes in a truck magazine. :

Saw an ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  today H17LER
