The first two letter denote district the vehicle is registered in, then you normally have 3 numbers and two letters, such as BA-123CD, but those five behind the hyphen can be anything you like (unless itās something obscene). I bet the officials in Presov were damned upset when somebody asked for (and got) PO-LICIA

My son has got GN08 EDD on a Clio 197. Its on BFG plates at the moment until he returns to Germany from overseas and brings it home. He was well cheesed off when they gave him a BFG number instead.

Latvia and Lithuania have very liberal plating system, thereās only min (2?) and max number of characters, numbers and letters are allowed, so you just make up your own reg
