Nope, I am in that one as well. If your feeling singled out I personally find the descriptions you give fairly distasteful and aggressive however your opinion was arrived at due to the circumstances you described, your talking about people from countries that I know about and your descriptions are wrong, it just comes across as nasty, a lot of your observations could be directed at members of any nation. I don’t mind a debate about the rights and wrongs of migrant workers, but they don’t normally stay on a very pleasant level for long these days, so apart from correcting the use of Polish to Poland I can’t add much more to a thread like that.

sorry drew I missed you on that one, after having read through I notice you tried to make a joke about immigration and an italian moving to poland.
my descriptions are wrong? so lets just agree that all the east european drivers are the best workers on the best money and the reason that brits are losing out to them is because they are better than the brits and we should just accept that fact, now there’s no more need for my views and no more need for you and milodon and occasionally orys to put me in my place

The fact that I’m on pre-mod and me calling you something 'orrible,may have something to do with that. And I don’t read every single post on here either. Just stuff that I find interesting.

Horrible stuff don’t make it here if on pre-mod. And I don’t discuss Valdermort in public anymore.
And I try not to talk about immigration because my views normally cause arguments and the fact is I’m not gonna change anybody’s mind by posting on a forum.

If my old Belgian or Dutch colleagues saw me cooking and eating beside my trailer they would assume I was either skint or ■■■■■■■
I can’t say I know any Danish drivers who would be up for ‘roadside catering’ either and look at the huge fridge/toolboxes they have to have… by law!
I think we have lost sight of that it might be a climate thing rather than a cultural thing.
Although after saying that. I shared a fantasic road/beach side meal with an Austrian driver on one of my first ever weekends away and Austria is known for being fairly chilly.
Brilliant bloke though, he even told me off for not carrying food in my cab.
