Hi guys does anyone have any info as to what the said company CBT are like to work for now as thinking about applying for work with them.

It’s nice that they are doing that but in general terms of what they are like to work for, I would imagine they are like every other medium-to-large general haulier in the land, as per robthedog’s comment above.
They have a variety of work - it’s not all tramping, for example they have the Rhoddas Dairy contract for farm collections, seasonal produce runs with Dafs, Brocolli etc… and fish across the water.
Money, like everywhere else in Cornwall doesn’t match the rest of the UK, but there is still an element of the family-owned Co. despite their size.
Guys I know who are there and at R&R seem happy and I’ve not heard any complaints.
AFAIK Motors are tidy and well-specced for driver amenities.
