Converting hourly rates into annual salaries

Another schoolboy question

I’m looking at the advert below and trying to figure out what annual salary it is equivalent to. Is it £23,753.60? (£11.42 x 40hrs per week x 52 weeks)?

Do these kinds of jobs advertised at an hourly rate normally include holiday pay?

This will help iknowtax.com/2016/

Also there’s a salary calc app on iTunes which also allows you to factor in tax pension etc
