You could always try Stanian… That’s if you want to work for £6.50 per hour!!!
Always makes me chuckle driving past their yard, muppets spring to mind.

Correct it is easy peasy work that they do & yes it is all relatively local work so obviously they need a 770 all singing all dancing truck!
As I say f11cking muppets!

why muppets?if there happy with the lolly at the end of the week and servicing the wife every night happy days, oh and the bonus of a shiny new lorry

Unbelievable!

Buckleys Oldham

Horses for courses I guess. I admire a smart wagon, and the effort that goes into looking after one, but I’m damned if I’d settle for £6.50ph for the “privilege.”
I’d rather take 8.50 an hour, (which IMHO Still ain’t enough) and drive a legal, plain white fleet motor. Just on a 10 hour day, 5 days a week, I’d rather have the extra £100 thanks. Plus I can leave my cans of polish and dusters at home.

Oh jesus, please tell me your on the wind up.

Working for peanuts whilst the gaffer spends £100K+ on a motor to feed his hobby and go to truck shows, is a complete mugs game.

Any truck driver who’s willing to “accept” £6.50hr needs his/her arse kicked up/down the street PERIOD!!!
