i havent heard anything of this, altho i do know george hammonds runs a couple of containers outa dover with fruit in, iirc they only go to dartford.

Thanks for reply phoned up about a job advertised down there got thru to a firm hireing on behalf of said firm looking for day drivers and trampers they said its containers but thought it a strange area to run a container operation from
turns out no job in Folkestone. Just employment agency dangaling the carrot of good money and good kit and clean work . what they actually have is whites in manston which is none of the above. the daft sod said when I am not interested in that we put 4 drivers in there last week and they are happy . didn’t have an answer to if its that good why did 4 leave the week before . I am not knocking whites as I don’t know that much about them
If you go onto the job centre website then you will see that whites in Minster, salvatori in Canterbury, cs bull in sandwich and gk friends at tilmanstone have had job adverts running for a while now , they can’t get drivers as the pay isn’t brilliant

Yeh I know all paying about the 430 mark net. you wonder why they cant keep drivers with pay like that lol. The job advertised was 550 plus nights out in the bank and a brand new fleet of trucks in Folkestone
