Interesting little film. Wasn’t there something about the construction was done badly and bribes paid to inspectors to ingnore depth of surfacing or lack of it. I think someone went to prison over it in the 90’s
There are people buried in it too. 
I remember them building this very well, I worked in the area at the time and it was bloody chaos…

In the 90s they had to replace lots of columns underneth the raised deck of the m6 near spaghetti junction because the concrete was crumbling,at the time it was only 20 yrs old.
