I haven’t a clue how much height you might have over the bridge but I normally have a good idea how much room you have underneath it, if I had my wee note book to hand which I don’t

Blah blah blah,blah blah blahSo I take it when I suggested during the week (after you tried to pick a fight with me and lost since you were,as usual, completely wrong and not reading things properly in your haste to try and be a smart ■■■) that you go up your meds, you didnt do it? You really need to up the dosage
Yeh, I know you and he aint the best of mates Snowman, but you’ve got to admit that post WAS funny (even though I was one of those that he made look stupid
…some might say not to difficult
)
Don’t often agree with you Mr Boredom, but well thought out.
I have to agree bwd’s was an enjoyable read and very well constructed. Does some up this thread very well from the OPs mate who needs a serious word with himself to the general kafuffle about heights 13.9 may struggle to receive 13.11 and a bit.
Arse covering if ■■■■■ go skyward virtually impossible.
Would lose 3 inches dropping the air but why put yourself through the worry.
Lucky git, beats the crap out of the M6 Birmingham on a Monday morning…

Dont get me wrong,I had a chuckle at reading it too. But coming from him,based on his posting history and the way he can be perfectly normal (and dare I say it “sensible”) sometimes and then change to a raving lunatic, it just would appear his medication is not working anymore
Got to say that was quite impressive and amusing, boredwiv.
Just goes to prove that even a blind squirrel can find a nut now and again.
Still wondering how he’ll get to the bridge if Tyndrum is ‘shut’ Where’s this guy trying to get to■■?
I’ve been across that bridge at 14ft. A local guy in a pub told me that a local transport company who ran 14ft trailers used it every day. Went across and back with no problems whatsoever.

the only other route is over the rest and be thankful and up through oban , hence the use of connel bridge , unless of course the tyndrum to oban road is open .

The Rannoch Moor snow gates at Tyndrum are just north of the Dallmally turn off. I would imagine the gates could have been closed last night, or at least I’m guessing that is what he meant. the Connell bridge diversion is a low level route that will bring you out at the ballahulish bridge.
He got half way to the bridge and was turned back by the police as the road was shut so didn’t get to try. I’m guessing he reached the green welly and took his chances on the Oban road but in the end he was back where he started.
In the end he had to come back to Crainlarich, run along east and head north to Inverness. He was trying to get to Skye. Apparently he made it 14hrs 55!
