Confused? Then slow down

Tactics to confuse drivers (like many need confusing :unamused: ) have been installed on a “rat run”
Surely that just makes it more dangerous when they get into a flap?

It’ll work until a few months down the line, then it’ll have visible lines over it from where tyres have constantly been over it.

Looks like the aftermath of Channel 4’s Time Team’s been there.

next weeks headling…shock horror tradgedy as car mounts pavement and kills bystander…

Agreed, rat runs are normally used by locals so it won’t be long before they are used to it and speeds will return to previous levels.

I wonder how long before somebody slams on and gets hit from behind?

Morons with too much time and money on their hands.

If I ever find myself there, I’ll follow the roundabout markings around… dragging my trailer nicely over the pavement. And blasting the horn at any pedestrians stupid enough to be walking ‘in the road’…

Might have known the f*****g cyclist’s would have something to do with it. Cyclist’s and council… dumb and dumber, in no particular order.

When I started reading this I was thinking you couldn’t make this up, but some dik head HAS FFS :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation:
Residents were annoyed of the road being used as a “Rat-Run”, well flipping hell, just because you’ve placed a few expensive coloured bricks down to make it “look like” a roundabout, which I can’t believe actually incorporates the pavement aswell,"the official term is a roundel, or GHOST ROUNDABOUT it will still be used as a rat-run.
