If your coming out of Rouen after dark you’ll see the big red “Buffalo Grille” sign, coming into the town from the Autoroute it’s the second roundabout after leaving the m’way, you drop down hill to it with trees either side of you & that Buffalo Grille will be on your right.
Hope you find them, just remember if your coming from Dieppe don’t follow any blue motorway directions signs, keep the river on your right untill you have to cross it, (you’ll see what I mean) once you’ve gone over the bridge keep right and loop round onto the road on the other bank. Once you’ve passed under the bridge you just crossed you’ll find yourself on a dual carriageway going through the idustrial area mentioned in the above description, you’ll go past a big tissue factory and a couple of petrol stations on your left. If you do your on the right road, & (I believe) the best route out of Rouen towards Paris and all points south. Oh, and past the “concrete Cows”

They are on the roundabout on the ^3.5 tonne truck route into Oissel just south of the Industrial area Z.I de Pouderie.
