Some of you really need to get a grip.
This is so obvious now and even they are saying it.
Yet most of you still deny. You will have one rude awakening one day!

(If you’re right, and the proverbial hits the rapidly spinning implement, sitting behind your computer, feverishly typing "I told you so…I told you so…, isn’t going to do you any good. If what you say is right, they already have you marked. If what you say is true, they are a bit more powerful than you and I can do anything about.
It’s easier to row with the flow, until the tide turns.)

Listen from the 71 minute mark…yes…yes…I fell asleep during the first 70 minutes…is it really fascinating? Do you promise me?

Seriously, haven’t you got a small piece of garden you can take a little walk in?
Go outside and breathe, breathe in the air.
If you wanna die on a hill, make sure the hill is worth dying on in the first place.
You’ve been on this forum for approx 20 minutes, you must have things that are more important.

Just in case you are in danger of believing any of the complete and utter horsedung about “masks dont work”:
People who don’t wear face coverings in confined spaces are one and a half times more likely to test positive for coronavirus than those who use a mask.
That’s according to Office for National Statistics figures, which looked at the characteristics of those testing positive in the fortnight ending September 11.
Professor Trisha Greenhalgh of the University of Oxford said that wearing a well-fitting mask indoors “definitely protects other people from one’s own germs”, with studies highlighting that it reduces viral emissions from coughing and sneezing about 20-fold.
“It would also be expected to protect the wearer to some extent (for example by reducing the amount of virus that you breathe in, thereby producing an asymptomatic or mild illness rather than a severe one),” she said.
“If you do wear a mask, make sure it doesn’t have any gaps round the side, otherwise it is much less effective.”

Oh arctic! I’m not 7 anymore I couldnt give a fanny if two little kids stand pointing at you and laughing if I wear a mask. They’ll stop laughing as soon as the covid starts turning the key on their lung capacity and they are gasping for breath like a dying sparrow. Like I am now - battling covid. Its only my will to outlive David Icke that keeps me going!

There are so many differences between people who say they don’t wear masks and people who say they do. You can’t just attribute it to the mask.
You have a point stu.
It wasnt even covid - i just had a dodgy meat pie. Took the test. No its just a flu not covid.

Except that those two little kids laughing at you will not die like a sparrow because not 1 single healthy child has died of covid

The mask was initially brought in just for theatre, to remind people that there is a deadly pandemic ( which there never was).
It was just another tool by the governments to keep control over the masses and now some people are psychologically attached to them, like a baby is with a dummy.
A bit of cheap cloth over your mouth is not gonna make a jot of difference to you catching covid. Don’t bother posting links from experts stating they do work because i can just post links from experts stating otherwise.
Basically people look stupid and deserve to be mocked for swallowing the media led fear mongering of the whole china virus scandal where the average age of dying of the virus is 83 and we have a 99.7% chance of survival should we ever contract the virus.

The survival rate is over 90% even without a vaccine, I think they’ll be fine to be honest…
But you have to look at it like this.
Who cares if someone wears a mask? I don’t care if its covid or not, I’d rather not get ill, especially a certain points in time during my life. I don’t hold anything against people for masking up, but I find it very strange that it’s only covid that made them do it and that the idea of wearing a mask has nothing to do with not getting covid but more to do with a visual projection to other people that you don’t have it, or are being ‘responsible’ when in reality, non of these masks are surgically approved, they only slightly mitigate transmission of infection yet people seems to think it’s an impenetrable shield.
But If you like doing karaoke at the weekend then why would you risk getting a sore throat if its something you enjoy doing? Or maybe you play sunday league or run marathons, or maybe you’re due in for surgery or something, or visiting an elderly relative, perfectly reasonable scenarios in which you’d want to avoid getting ill before hand.
It reminds me a lot of PPE in industrious places of work, you tend to find there’s a “right” way to do it and then the way that everyone ACTUALLY does it, which is using an angle grinder without ear protection or eye protection, one handed whilst squinting and closing one eye whilst hanging off a ladder using only your thighs for purchase. [A slight exaggeration there I’ll confess… but I have seen it done more than once]. Every site I’ve been to the masks come off until management turn up [if they even care about it themselves] and I’ve still yet to get corona virus anyway…
You can only take responsibility for yourself, it’s time we disposed with the responsibility of others crap [in the context of PPE at least].
It’s just like driving… you can’t make sure other people don’t act retarded but you can sure mitigate against being involved in their wreck…

Ah well. Mockery only has an effect if your opinion is respected

I’d tend to agree.
Covid has a much better survival rate than cancer. So why aren’t we chucking billions at cancer? And yes, I know you can’t pass cancer on, but given as many as one in two of us will get cancer (and unlike Covid it doesn’t have a 99.4% survival rate) you’re still more likely to get cancer than Covid…And far far more likely to die from cancer…
The Covid fiasco was simply about preventing the truly appalling state the NHS is in becoming obvious to the meanest intelligence of Joe Public. Had Covid sufferers not required extensive ICU treatment (in the way dementia doesn’t for example) Boris, Whitty and Co wouldnt have even mentioned Covid. They spent the money to cover up not save lives…
Ironically, a bit more investment in the NHS over the decades may have prevented such issues.
