I never do 6 days always done 5 days with 2 off etc.
I am on nights monday to friday,But doing a day shift sunday starting at 8am
I should be all done and dusted by 430am today which will mean a reduce of 27hr and 30min Rest.
So as I will owe 17 hr 30 am I best off taking 62hr 30 to pay back next weekend?
I only do max 12hr and 12hr off every day no reduce.
Tbh I’m a night driver and wouldn’t entertain a day shift but it’s just to help my firm out.
You can pay back the compensation any time before the end of the third week after the week in which the reduced weekly rest period was taken.
In this case it must be paid back in one lump by 23:59 _ 17th May.
