are they worth joining at the moment 
Never been anywhere long enough to bother asking about them and I don`t think I ever will as I need a little variety.
The wife has ten more working years in her than me so shes my pension though shes a bit pricey tbh.
Ask your work what their pension is and go to a financial adviser with all your assets and he will plan your future for you, just make sure Mr F. Goodwin doesn`t work there.
It would depend on exactly what it was and there are so many of them.
Best thing to do - seek out an INDEPENDANT financial adviser and get PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
Remember if you are going for a pension then make sure it is big enough to take you well above the means tested minimum living allowance when you retire or the only thing you will do is save the Govt paying you benefits.
