Tell that agency to go F themselves, they are taking the ■■■■! 
Sign up with lots of agencies, as while they are all crooks, some are worse than others…
Other than that it’s all about perseverance and getting your face and CV about!

Could try ADR Network they have clients who take on newly passed drivers. It’s agency and you’ll need to go self employed or use umbrella but Asda and co use them who take on new passes and decent rates as well.

Adina at Mansfield is always on the look out for newly qualified drivers and has some half decent work.
Or, for direct work, try Taylors at Huthwaite or Mitchells at Stanton Hill.
