croatia has now joined the common transit agreement. and turkey will join in november.

so what will it mean for us? 
as far as i can work out. we’ll still have to sort out the customs formalities at dover, then everything will be sent automatically to the common transit country, then we show the paperwork, quick check and away.
or am i wrong?
