Well, Scania did a Euro 5 and EEV V8 500bph engine. And that’s a 2010 model so it fits. Perhaps that description’s just a mistake?

The whole truck is a mistake!!!

I think they’ll have to do a repaint job on it before next use, unless they’re working as a drainage contractor (look at the back of the cab).
There can’t be many 6cylinder V8’s around.
The graffiti on the back of the cab ruins a nice paint job IMO.
Apart from that it’s a tidy reliable workhorse. If I was starting
up again as an O/D it would be my choice of motor.

going to look at this on saturday, but they need to come down some on price + km a little high ish, but may consider if they put some warranty on it, and has aircon on the roof which i would love as im parked up in the day time as i tend to work late evening and night, so in the summer it would be heaven
but then i keep looking at this

Both extremely nice motors,I’d prefer the 580 one myself looks a lot meaner.
if they dont do 90kmh then its a no no

Im sure moody would knock his up a few clicks but still show 56 on your dash

I don’t think there are that many trucks with a 500bhp engine that can’t do 90Km/h, except when they’re going up a big hill, well or fully loaded.
I find the amount of spotlights to be quite tacky on both of them, never see so many on trucks that actually need them.
