Wondeirng if anybody could help me…
In my upcoming job I switch from doing van work on some days, and then trucks on another (use digi card). Obviously the vans don’t have tachographs in them, so what is the procedure for keeping a record of your driving hours when out in the van, and is there anything I need to enter when I next insert my digi into the truck?

The van driving will count as other work, not driving, for the purposes of the EU rules. You can make manual entries for those days by using the manual entry option on the digi tacho but if you have a few days to do it might be easier to use a tacho chart for each day. If you do an entire week where you only drive the van then you don’t need to make any manual records for that week.
