I’ve always put a small cup in the machine and press the button for large. I sussed it out a while ago.
Always thought Maccy D’s was better value latte anyway. :bulb:

Common knowledge I thought…

The old coffee nation machines were best, large cup, small latte, then top up with expresso :sunglasses:

Rather make my own coffee… tastes way better than a coffee shop and it don’t cost as much… :grimacing:

Typical thick ■■■■■■■■. The regular volume coffee is less than the large volume. The cup is always bigger to avoid spillage. The regular and large coffee are not the same.

But thanks for pointing g this little trick out to the world at large. No doubt suppliers will now work on a way to avoid the clever ones in the gene pool from getting ‘a little extra’.

Although the really clever gene carriers carry their own coffee and means of making a proper cup.

I was always a tea man, constantly a cup one after the other…while driving, shock :open_mouth: horror.
I dont like instant coffee with hot water, but got ■■■■ addicted to machine latte. :unamused:
It has got so bad now that if I go without any for a full day, I get caffeine withdrawl symptoms in the form of a hangover style headache when I wake up in the morning.

Do you mean for the truck?
If so is it 24v or through your inverter.

Me too, used to put two espresso shots in.

The caffeine hit would make my teeth chatter.

Great wasn’t it :grimacing:

I’ve weened myself off it now though, as it was getting silly, 3+ cups a day, got quite expensive

Make my own in the cab now, I also carry those latte iced coffee drinks if I need a hit :grimacing:

It’s no really the same size though is it, it’s right at the brim. If you bought a regular coffee it wouldn’t be at the brim.

Drivers in my work spend an obscene amount on coffee, never got the appeal maself. I’ll take the odd cup now and again but these guys wolf down cup after cup after cup. Must drink about 6 litre eh it during the course eh a day.

Sad times when drivers can’t even afford to treat themselves to a coffee , some of us don’t know how lucky we are.

Even the large ain’t that large anymore. They used to be way bigger than that!

Agreed, I generally prefer the coffee I make here, Taylors Cafe Imperial is one of the nicest proper coffes I’ve tasted. Most coffe sold in coffee shops I tend to find bitter in comparison!!!
