Just from driving there over the years. I haven’t really spoken it for a few years but recently made friends with a German woman who comes to my fitness classes and we’ve done a cycling event together where I met her father and surprisingly I can still hold a decent conversation in German and understand it.

Depends where I was loading from, if it was Herrenberg it was HP computer kit. If it was when I was doing the installations it was most likely telecomms kit or other electronics.

I can’t remember exactly but it was a few hundred quid back then.

Never done a Kindle version. There is a digital version but no a Kindle one.

I didn’t see the voice operated tail lift bit
I have 2 things in common with Neil
1, night out in a quarry. (these a tail to tell)
2, I had work that once included “jobs” and deliverys

@Hitch, I can assure you iy is in there. He was doing a 2 man job and both of them could “operate” the voice activated TL.

@Hitch, I can assure you iy is in there. He was doing a 2 man job and both of them could “operate” the voice activated TL but no one else could as the TL had been programmed to only operate on their voices. (It was actually a button on the edge of the TL)

i’m having a blonde moment here…

Whats all this to do with coffee to go :open_mouth:

Nick, it is a book

Driver-Once-More:

Well that explains it then. Was it free in the Dandy or Beano cause if it was in anything else I wouldn’t have got it.
