Try one of these

On top of one of these

In fact you probably have them already
For the real coffee experience try one of these

Plastic funnel thingy with a disposable paper filter. Quick, compact, non-breakable, clean, it does it for me. (keep coffee in airtight container in fridge for freshness).

I use an Aeropress with a fine grind, makes surprisingly good coffee. Needs a bit of force to push the plunger over the mug so needs to be on a flat surface.

^^^ that. Kettle and cafetiere. Most coffee makers are either expensive, or not good at making one cup of coffee. Or both. And a pain to fill and clean.

Unless you drink coffee like a Dutch person. Than you need a coffee percolator. With a minimum of ten cup capacity. …

Yes
See youtu.be/RECWcYFcEEs
You’ll also need to know you can get an instant massive caffeine hit doing it this way, especially if you use a strong ground coffee

Cheers mate, think I’ll get me one of these!
Can you recommend a good strong coffee?

Any of the own brand ground coffees will do just remember they go up in strength numbered 1-5 with 5 being the strongest. It’s just down to personnel taste.
I’m currently using Aldi Kenyan (4). But sometimes use morrisons after diner dark roast (5) for a big caffeine hit.
Btw all of the own brand tea/coffees for asda, sainsburys, coop and a few others are roasted/packed at the Finlay’s place at south elmsall opposite the old netto place

I have a Starbucks Verismo machine in my lorry, it needs a big inverter though, I have a 2500w and it will trip out if anything else is even plugged in at the same time.
