How i found out?
Just by chance, doing one of my twice monthly Sunday shifts at the co op. Just finished and bumped into a mate who works there fultime but with agency. He told me a notice had gone up in the canteen asking agency bods to stick a letter in requesting a job. The notice had then been taken down by a naughty agency bod, so i never saw it but checked with the transport clerks who confirmed it was true.
So my letters been handed in at the office, not that i think i stand a chance as im a stranger there compared to the many fultime agency bods.
It’s 29k per annum for a 48hr week, a very secure job with a blue chip company. A cushy number really, trolley dolley work with a little bit of graft, but all done very slowly.
