In case anyone’s interested, got talking to a Co-op class 1 man today working out of Alfreton.
CNG powered Foden 345’s are the motors and the shift pattern is 4 on,4 off, 52hr week, no nights-out and he said he was taking home £330 per 4 days.

its a terrible job rob you`d hate it. the gaffers are all ex-coppers… all the drivers do 50mph… phone never stops ringing… 
ive posted before rob, its the best easiest best paying job ive ever had! you must have spoken to a day man. im on nights and take home around 370 per week. not massive money no.. but i only do four nights and average 10 hours per shift. its not four on four off though. zero stress levels.. basic motors yes but a/c and cd players in them. not everyones cup of tea but im ok for now… cheers-jon
