It’s still ran inhouse as far as I know, the wage advertised a few months ago was 32,500 for 48 hours a week. It’ll be a lot of weekends and unsociable hours but you won’t do 70 hours a week as standard for 400 in your pocket like a lot of drivers do.

Not castle wood but i work at a different depot, ran fairly well pretty easy work good money for the hours you do.
Marmite job. Lose social life, lots of split rests, hard graft, difficult deliveries. They struggle to retain drivers and always advertising. Upset the wrong supervisor by doing the slightest thing wrong then god help you. Be prepared to wait for dekit and fuel for a good hour. Apart from that wages are good, sick pay good and pension etc.
That de kit q is a pita when trying to get in for a delivery can spend an hour just trying to bet to goods in
