The driver was 100% at fault in this video and in my opinion deserves to be prosecuted, overtaking on double white lines with a bus approaching and getting much to close to a cyclist has to be at-least driving without due care.
Terrible bit of driving
Poor piece of driving.
I just sit behind cyclists for ages if they’re fast and I’m freighted. I’m paid by the hour, I couldn’t care less.
