My mate told me, that VOSA have a new policy, that so called professional drivers who don’t think of the children, will be exempt from DCPC.
Anyone else heard this? 
I find this shocking if true. I believe exemptions from the DCPC are why Diana died.

I thought that was because a Romanian driver in an Irish truck with his fog lights on and using a magnet for the tacho was watching a DVD with his (frilly) curtains pulled?
