That job might be “high” on someone’s list. 
Waste of ratepayers money employing someone to do this if you ask me.
Doubtless there would be a vanload of old bill in attendance anyway so
they could quite easily clear it all up themselves.
And it would give the useless fat ■■■■■ some well needed exercise. 
I reckon that’s good money… if you’re allowed to take it away on your own to errr recycle it.
