It’s actually mon-sat working,no nights out.
Good rota in place which gives long weekends and 4 day working weeks also some 5 day working weeks,overtime avail at very good pay…easily possible to clear 35k a year &I stay under 48hr average.
I’d of thought the money would of been more for that area , I’m on that for 40 hrs and that’s Lincolnshire , and that’s mon- fri , not
Sat , for just a straight trunk run .
I guess that’s why it’s advertised as you wouldn’t have a que for that job/ jobs

Out of a 6 week rota we work 5 days for 3 weeks and 4 days for 3 weeks so your working 4 day weeks on salary which over the year works out at a good amount of days less worked than doing 5 days every week,if you chose to work an extra shift on your 4 day week every time you could easily top 35-37k a year or like me just enjoy working 4 days a week…this week I’m off fri/sat/sun then next week I’m off sat/sun/mon then the week after I’m off tues/weds/sun,then thurs/fri/sun,it’s what suits really id rather days off in the week rather than Saturday tbh especially when the kids are back at school.
Also bank hols are paid at double time which is rare nowadays.
