Just wanted to say hello as I’m a newbie on here and hopefully pick your brains. I’ve just passed my theory and hazard perception today so I’m looking for any recommendations for training. I live in north shropshire but I don’t mind travelling within an hours radius for good training. I’ve heard good things about Bassets transport in Stone but has anyone any 1st hand experience with them?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I travelled a lot further than that for good training stayed in a B&B I know not every one can do this but might be worth thinking about some offer free B&B just a thought

There are some very good trainers on here just ask or use the search button to help remember the only question you dont ask is the stupid one
Hi animal thanks for the reply. It may be well worth looking at b&b if the training is going to be good, as you can appreciate its a costly business training and I don’t want to be ripped of.

Go look at a few have assessment drives to see if you like the people you are dealing with & are happy to hand over you money to them ( would you buy a car before test driving it 1st )

Stay away from the brokers, make sure you visit the trainer and satisfy yourself. Only exception should be rock solid recommendation.

Welcome, congrats on the theory pass and good luck for your practical. If I was in Shropshire I’d be on my way to Mansfield right now. 
Some good ones in S-O-T as I work there as one, we got a good reputation too, just look on this site for local Trainers
Just wanted to say a quick thanks for the replies. I’m going to go thru Bassets and I’m looking at having my weeks training and test in early Feb, so I’ll let you know how I get on, fingers crossed.
