We are way too busy in the workshop to let one of the lads go and have a week off learning to drive class 2, but he suggested that he would go on a weekend if we will pay for the course.
It sounds like a good fit for us, but everywhere i have contacted only offers weekday training with the test on a Friday.
Can anyone recommend anywhere in the West Midlands, East Midlands, Staffordshire or Warickshire areas that is any good for this?
is Manchester too far away?? Enterprise do Fri/Sat/Sun and test on Monday!

No idea what they’ll do although I suspect Hingleys would do weekends 
As Kate said Westgate in Aldridge, did my class 1 with them comes recommended 
Have seen Hingleys working on a weekend aswell
Many do Saturday training with a Saturday test when the trainee and trainer agree they are ready

Train Sat/Sun test Mon Choice of longish days or over 2 weekends. Either works well IME.

I did my class 1 with central transport training in Wolverhampton over a couple of weekends, so I’d guess they probably do class 2 as well.
