To get my first taste of tramping I have gone cross county but obviously only have to do the return journey once every 7 days. It might be worth thinking about spreading the net further if nothing local comes up.

It’s not or everyone. But or the die hards, it’s good experience.

At least you don’t visit the same stretch of motorway to the same hub and back again. That would bore me to tears :wink:
