Sorry to hear this I had a bad time with 1 particular instructor when I done mine felt let down but moved on & eventually went out of area to Flair training ( John LGV trainer ) had excellent service
So make a claim through small claims court if unhappy with the service you have received my pet hate bad inefficient service
