Stobarts in Sittingbourne and Fowler Welch in Teynham could take you on and show you the ropes, they may not be everyones favorite but both companies give new drivers a chance. Shakespeare transport in Maidstone are currently have an advert on indeed, they accept newly qualified drivers.

Morrisons, Sittingbourne take on new Class 1 drivers. Apply direct rather than through an agency.
Very easy work for a new driver. No load interaction as the store staff unload the trailer. Big stores so easy to reverse onto a loading bay.
I’ve applied to Morrison’s, not sure how long it takes to get a reply…
