got an interview with circle express in Manchester, does anyone no out about them, or what they are like to drive for?
Class 1 or 2?
They mostly do air-freight, but also have a couple of rigids on the pallet network.
They are fine to work for, it’ll be my mates job you’re replacing, he’s just left (as have a couple of others), but only because of better offers, not because Circle are bad.
I’ve worked there several times on agency and had no problem with the staff or the job.
Money’s ok, but I can’t give you exact figures, it was salaried for 10hrs per day then overtime if I remember correctly.

class 2 work im going for mate,
ive got to ask for someone called andy when I get there.
so what doing they mainly do bulk deliveries on pallets to other warehouse depots, or is it multi drop to shops?

Pallets to anywhere. Mostly industrial but there’s personal stuff too. Tail lift pump truck or curtains open fork truck. Very very little hand ball

nice one mate, is it just Monday to Friday there,or is it different shift work, plus do you have to do nights out?

Yeah, just mon - fri and no nights out when I was there, because things come / go on the pallet network trunk, so you need to be back before it leaves and can’t start before it arrives lol.
Airfrieght again, needs to come from the airport(s) and go back to the airport(s) for any collections.

just one more what kind of hours was you working when you was there?
around 10 - 11hr days, but I was agency, they don’t like paying overtime to agency, so I’d expect 11hrs to be roughly standard.
