Cicken or Egg?

What cames first, the chicken or the egg!
For example…
The obvious one is experience or job, job or experience?
Which ones have YOU experienced?

forklift, haz-chem, lorry loader etc

University graduates can’t get a job unless they have experience or further education ie a masters or phd etc. What did your parents say… stick in at school and you will get a good job. It seems in some instances you even need experience to be a labourer

I can remember a building site finishing, walking round the cornor on a Friday, speaking to the gaffer and all he wanted to know was…can you start on Monday? No CV’s, References, interviews or questions like…why do you want to work for us?

Now days ,with health and safety gone mad ,and the claim culture,then it is making it harder to be a labourer on a building site…How you get the experience and the certificates that seem to be required for anything is the big question…That will generally come from a company that is willing to train you ,though they only generally do it as they get funds from the government for doing it…
