Christmas TV

My god

What a load of bull s on TV over Christmas .
Thank good I only really have the one day off.

You’d think they could do better I mean Ch 5 Morcomb and Wise :unamused:

Roll on Boxing Day I’m doing an extra shift

It’ll be ok for me. The only time I watch live tv is Moto GP or superbikes, the rest of the time it’s Sky plus all the way, fast forward through the ads and bingewatch series like Game of Thrones or Banshee non stop over one or two days. My latest one is “Blindspot”, watched the first to check it out and I’ll not watch anymore until I’ve got the whole lot downloaded.

I will be watching the documentary about the life and times of Carryfast, the program is six hours long with no commercial breaks.
The Tv guide informs me it is a discussion about the rise and fall of British Leyland, a lecture about communism in the Black Sea area and the use of a Jake brake.
It is on at two am

I assume you’ve watched the series “The Wire”? I just love the scene where they suss out how a shooting went down by saying “copulate” repeatedly! (Or another word for copulate! )

Not seen it Evil tbh. Is that the one with Idris Elba in it?

That’s the one, and will worth a watch in my opinion.

Each series has a slightly different focus, and I’d say the one set in the port is the weakest.
But overall I thought it was great!

Im only gonna watch the episode where they cover the rise of socialism and the thatcherite power of the 70s that ‘arguably’ ruined the entire British free market

+1
I cant watch tv as its shown live. The ads do my head in and you cant get into a show as its stopped every 15 minutes for 6-7 mins of adverts. I only watch box sets on Netflix or if a programe is being shown at a rate of once a week then ill set it on series link and wait till the season finishes then watch each episode.

Got a tv guide, only a load of rubbish in it over Christmas, so I have come to the conclusion that I will watch some dvds. …if I can find anything interesting :unamused:
or… :bulb: …im going to print off all summers truck show exhibits, I think that’ll keep me occupied through Christmas and beyond the new year !!

Tv is so good tomorrow night I’m going to cinema

Download mobdro. On mobile or laptop… You can have Christmas TV from the globe. Happy trans Christmas

There are so many repeats, I think we should all stop buying TV licence’s and use last year’s

You think the tv in the UK is crap, you want to try watching the garbage im watching here in New Zealand been here 5 wks 3 more to go.the local stuff including MAORI tv is virtually unwatchable, turn to Sky another load of rubbish everything is 6months behind uk tv with 8mins of ads every 15 mins, sports coverage on sky is atrocious unless you like cricket from Oz.resorted to watching recorded films, great innit,Ted.
