Christmas is here

Is true seen a large christmas tree on the back of a bowrings lorry parked in a layby on the A614.
Think he must of broke down cause I thought most their drivers don’t stop for breaks

BAH, HUMBUG,to christmas

+1. The only time of year when we see most of ‘her’ family is for the handouts… Every year I say ‘let’s go away for Xmas, New York or summat’…bro in law and his family go skiing over Xmas, 2 weeks in some Swiss/Austrian/French or wherever resort… All relaxed, no stress…nice

Christmas is cancelled due to operational requirements

I was passing through a xmas tree plantation today, and sure enough they were all working away merrily.

And what a waste of good land

I find its too commercialised, for a start when advertising on tv it allways says ONLY £200,ONLY £150,allways that word only, they allways assume you have money to spend

When I was a manager for the Co-op, one year we were all told that we would be given a window to do our required store Boxing Day check (windows, fridges, change video tapes etc) this is because we would be receiving a delivery (normally just did them when we wanted)

And the delivery was …

Easter Eggs

Bacon Sandwich:
How can it possibly be Christmas?

Haven’t seen the coca cola advert yet.

I’ll do the advert,
I’ve got 26 pallets of Diet Coca Cola on board tonight, for delivery to Baldock tomorrow.

Heard my first Xmas song on the TV about a fortnight ago, and the Xmas lights were up and lit in Forres on the same day !! but it is Scotland so …
I’m supposed to be working over Xmas and the new year

tango boy:
It’s not Christmas until you see a Marshalls Truck pulling a Stobart Trailer :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Dont know if they are giving it a miss this year as they are usually on it by now, Marshalls have a yard next door to ours and they still seem pretty busy with there own work, wonder if the mild weather has had anything to do with it

I saw hot cross buns in sainsburys yesterday.

Christmas Carols in Sports Direct last week when I went in for a pair of trainers.
Couldn’t wait get out of the place.
