Thanks Chris I have been really touched by all the posts ref my bad year. Linda is slowly getting better and the house should be ready by Feb 2011
Love the picture of the AEC’s 60 odd years ago I used to watch Thompsons of Crowle who ran a fleet of Tin cab AEC running steel from Scunthorpe
and dreamed of the time I would be a lorry driver. Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year, regards Big Al

Thanks Marc I have really enjoyed your posts with the old pictures, I lost all my magazines,books and press cuttings in the fire. The times
I have threatened to scan all my all my bits and pieces when I have been at home for Christmas (including the deeds to the house) I was
lucky enough to have backed up my digital pictures off site so I have something left. Best wishes Big Al
